Pressure gauge

Knowing the pressure in your system is essential to ensure your drippers are working optimally. Flora Flex micro drippers require 15 PSI but the optimum is 25 to 35 PSI.

PCL drippers (drippers that have this little round thing that you drill into the distribution tube) rely on a certain amount of pressure before letting water through - this means that all drippers distribute water evenly over your plants. Too little pressure and it might dribble or not at all. Conversely, blasting the drippers with too much pressure risks damaging the drippers in the long term.
